We welcome exhibition proposals from individual artists, who will be featured in a combined show with a selection of their work alongside other artists. We also welcome proposals from small groups of up to 10 artists and large groups of 11 or more artists. A non-refundable proposal fee is required: $45 for individual artists, $65 for groups of 2-10 artists, and $85 for groups of 11 or more artists.

Describe the exhibition's theme and concept. For group shows, explain how each artist's work relates to the theme.

Provide each artist's name and a brief 1-2 sentence biography.

List an estimate of the total number of artworks with dimensions. Example: 6 pieces (20" x 30"), 12 pieces (12" x 12"), 40" round floor sculpture, 8 pedestal pieces.

Upload 5 to 10 images that represent the work that will be in the exhibition. These images must be completed pieces that will be included in the exhibition. Sketches/preliminary images of 1-2 works in progress may be included.

Use JPEG or PDF files only, with a maximum size of 10MB per file. Additional images may be included within PDFs. Images MUST be labeled with: [Number]-[Organizer's Last Name]-[Artist's Full Name] (Example: 1-WARHOL-Andy Warhol) and label PDFs with [Organizer's Last Name].

For each image file, include: [Number] - Artist Name, Title, Medium, Size. If you are submitting a PDF of images, please include this information within the document.
