Volunteers are the heart of everything we do. Their dedication allows us to expand our programming and reach more people in meaningful ways. Whether you have a few hours to spare or are looking for a deeper commitment, we have opportunities that match your schedule and interests.

From one-time roles like box office support and event assistance to ongoing positions as Saturday gallery docents or members of our art hanging team, there's a place for everyone. Lowell Arts at Lowell Pride 2025
Event Date: Saturday, June 7 | Shifts: 10am-1pm, 1-4pm | Location: Riverwalk Plaza
Volunteers Will: Facilitate an art activity available for event attendees, a community painting on canvas, and representing Lowell Arts sharing about our organization at the same time.

Volunteer with Lowell Arts at the 5th Annual Lowell Pride Festival at the Riverwalk Plaza, and bring the arts to our LGBTQ+ community!

Lowell Arts at Riverwalk Festival
Event Dates: Friday, July 11 & Saturday, July 12 | Shifts: 5-9pm (Fri), 10am-1pm (Sat), 1-4pm (Sat) | Location: Riverwalk Plaza
Volunteers Will: Represent Lowell Arts at an informational table and to facilitate a simple art activity available for event attendees.

Unique open-air market along the Riverwalk on the beautiful Flat River where Artists, Pickers, Makers and Boutique owners that will be showcasing what they have to offer during our 30th Annual Riverwalk Festival.

Lowell Arts Studio Supply Sale Set-up
Set-Up Dates: July 8, 9 & 10 | Set-Up Shifts: 10am-12pm (each day) | Location: Lowell Arts, 223 W Main St
Volunteers Will: Sort donations, price items, and set-up the sale in the Lowell Arts Gallery.

New and used art supplies of all kinds will be for sale at Lowell Arts at garage sale prices.

Lowell Arts at Fallasburg Village Celebration
Event Dates: Saturday, July 26 | Shifts: 10am-2pm, 2-6pm | Location: Fallasburg Village, 14029 Covered Bridge Rd NE
Volunteers Will: Represent Lowell Arts at an informational table and to facilitate a simple art activity available for event attendees.

Sale Date: Saturday, July 12 | Sale Shifts: 8-11am (Set Up & Sales), 11am-2pm (Sales), 2-4pm (Sales & Clean-Up) | Location: Lowell Arts, 223 W Main St
Volunteers Will: Work the sale - assist customers, handle transactions, etc.
New and used art supplies of all kinds will be for sale at Lowell Arts at garage sale prices.
